We're looking for a highly motivated Founder's Associate Intern to work directly with the founding team and help scale our operations.
What You'll Do Work with the founders on daily operations and high-priority initiatives
Operate across teams, coordinating engineering, product, and commercial activities
Improve how we work by structuring workflows, documentation, and internal systems
Support customers through onboarding and ongoing operational processes
Own ambiguous problems and turn them into practical solutions, analyses, and reports
What We're Looking For Student or recent graduate interested in startups, operations, and strategy
Highly organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with responsibility in a fast-paced environment
Clear communicator who can prioritize and manage multiple workstreams
Curious and hands-on, with the drive to learn quickly
Nice to Have Experience in a startup, consulting, finance, or operations role
Strong analytical skills
Interest in AI, finance, or technology products
