About the Company
Responsible for supporting sales, world-class technical representation, support, and training, to water systems distributors and their contractors. In the assigned territory, provide technical service and support on Franklin Electric water systems products, including motors, pumps, and electronic drives and controls. Guide testing and troubleshooting of Franklin products in water systems installations. Provide direction and expertise during new product installations. Represent Franklin Electric at on-site installation meetings to timely resolve field issues. Present technical seminars to water systems distributors, dealers, and contractors. Write and submit weekly reports needed to highlight problems at specific sites and/or with certain customers or products. Provide specialized training to specific customers. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/high school technical diploma – electronics specialization Three to five years of technical, sales, or related water systems or industry experience. Working knowledge of water systems in general, with specific knowledge of pumps, motors, drives and controls. Ability to develop strong working relationships with water systems professionals. Previous sales or service experience preferred. Self-motivated and energetic personality with a desire to service the customer. Effectively communicates information and responds to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, the general public, and other employees of the organization. Reads and understands documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Plans the time, method, manner, and/or performance sequence of own work; may also occasionally assist in planning work assignments performed by others within a limited area of operation. Defines problems, collects data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions. Reads, writes, and speaks English fluently. Knowledge of the basic MS office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Pay range and compensation package CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria Salary Range (Gross Annual Salary): 30.000€ – 40.000€ Applications from candidates with different levels of seniority will be considered. The final job level and compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
