About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Accounting Analyst to join our growing team. This role will support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across our portfolio, helping drive data-informed decisions in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.   Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis Analyze operational and financial performance across properties and departments Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations Partner with operations teams to understand cost drivers and revenue trends Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards   Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in accounting or analytical roles (hospitality experience is a plus) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel; experience with accounting systems preferred Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities To candidate send you CV to the email fc@thefirsthotel.com
