Are you ready to grow with the world’s largest law firm? Dentons Italy is currently looking for an Associate to be based in our Rome office to expand its Structured Finance Team (Banking & Finance Department).

Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.
Admitted to the Italian bar.
At least 2 years of experience in structured finance and debt capital markets transactions gained in a comparable law firm.
High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus.
Enrolment in the firm's training plan.
Personal Budget for Training.
Agile Working (as per internal policy).
Opportunity to perform pro bono legal assistance.
