Our client, a leading automobile manufacturer, is recruiting for an Automotive Country Manager to join their business in Italy.
Automotive Country Manager
ASAP
Build the subsidiary's business model from scratch, establish overseas market organization and foundational capabilities, and be responsible for the full-market competitiveness abroad.
Formulate and execute market strategy, including annual sales targets, product strategies, brand marketing campaigns, and budgets. Quickly and efficiently build a dealer network.
Responsible for business negotiations in the region, conduct market competition and opportunity analysis, draw conclusions and formulate action plans.
Manage various modules such as product, brand, service, and sales network. Collaborate with departments such as product and finance to develop the client`s residual value enhancement plans tailored to the local market, and guide the healthy development of sales and after-sales services.
Over 10 years of work experience in the Italian automotive industry, with comprehensive operational management experience, and also with financial management experience will be preferred.
CET-6 level English or above, or equivalent IELTS/TOEFL scores.
