· redazione di pareri e risoluzione di quesiti in materia fiscale e societaria;
· redazione bilanci per società di capitali;
· accertamento fiscale e contenzioso tributario
· coordinamento risorse junior
buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
· ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel; valutazione annuale delle performance;
· aggiornamento continuo in materia fiscale e tributaria;
· oltre alla consulenza ordinaria, l'opportunità di seguire anche operazioni straordinarie.
