We are looking for a Performance Controller who will be trained for 2 years as an apprentice in Milan within the Digital Industries area. As Performance Controller some of your main activities will be: - Contribute to the long term and short terms planning activities - Support the monthly performance review process, analyzing actuals, including cause & effect analysis to provide insights on deviations vs budget /forecast. - Collaborate with other financial organization within Siemens Italy Support monthly closing activity, reporting and cost controlling Required entry qualifications - You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract - You are fresh graduate in Economics or you have a finance academical background - Proficiency in English and Italian - Basic knowledge of accounting principles and double entry (partita doppia)- Understanding of data analytics with a data driven and digital attitude/approach - Digital savvy and innovative attitude in preparing and processing data - Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills; - Ability to work in a changing environment - Passion to never-stop growing - Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge - Eligibility to work in Italy Microsoft package, power BI, basic elements of data scientist techniques and methodologies and SAP knowledge is a plus What we offer - Flexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results,; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphone; wi-fi connection reimbursement. - Welfare: flexible welfare programs and health insurance extendable to your family; professional and extraprofessional accident insurance; free on-site lunch options. - Never stop growing: plenty opportunities for continuous and individual learning journeys - An inclusive team culture where you can be yourself Take a look at our welfare programs, please visit: Benefits e Welfare in Siemens Italia - Siemens IT Join us and be yourself.
