In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee global payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing across multiple jurisdictions. You will lead a high‐performing team, optimize payroll systems, and drive operational excellence while implementing scalable processes to support organizational growth. Acting as a key advisor, you will shape payroll strategy, align operational goals with business objectives, and ensure best‐in‐class payroll experiences for employees worldwide. You will collaborate closely with cross‐functional teams, proactively identify operational risks, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
