We are hiring a Global Operations Manager to strengthen operational performance across Italy. You will manage end to end freight execution, resolve exceptions, support the team on quality and data accuracy, and act as a key escalation point for partners and clients.

International, collaborative office environment

Fluent Italian and English
~ Apprenticeship or BA or BS in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
~3+ years in freight forwarding or ocean freight operations
~ Salary range: 34.000 to 44.000 euros per year including a 10 percent annual bonus
~Lunch compensation, health and life insurance, and pension contributions
~ Coordinate with carriers, trucking partners, warehouses, and customs
Support the team on KPIs, data accuracy, and operational quality
