The Position Reporting directly to the store Management team, the Sales Associate will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process. Manage the relationship with an international customer base, providing details about PVH Italia's product and values Use effective sales techniques so as to achieve set goals Promote the corporate culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador Contribute to creating a professional and motivating work climate Assist in the constant maintenance of Visual Merchandising standards Check stock on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary to ensure that the full range of products and sizes are present The Ideal Candidate Previous experience as Sales Associate in retail environment Fluent in Italian and a good level of English Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff Enthusiastic about fashion and the dynamic retail world Registered under the list of CATEGORIE PROTETTE as per L. 68/99 Be valued.
