As we look toward the 2025 season, we are searching for a Guest Experience Manager to join our dedicated team at Splendido. This is not just a job; it’s a calling to help shape unforgettable moments for our guests, all while growing within an environment that values excellence, creativity, and the art of hospitality.

What You’ll Do :

  • Be at the heart of our operations, assisting in the seamless day-to-day management of all front-of-house departments, ensuring that our high standards are not just met, but exceeded.
  • Welcome each guest with warmth and care, guiding them through their stay with personalized attention that goes above and beyond expectations.
  • Analyze guest feedback and create innovative strategies to continually enhance their experience.
  • Be the key contact for VIP arrivals, handling pre-arrival preparations and ensuring their stay is impeccable from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with travel agents, offering guided tours of our legendary property, and ensure the satisfaction of our partners.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with both guests and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and mutual respect.
  • Promote our hotel’s unique offerings and activities, helping guests immerse themselves in the full Splendido experience.
  • Ensure clear and constant communication between departments, resolving guest requests with grace and efficiency.

Who You Are :

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand, with an international mindset and a passion for creating magical guest experiences.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Your leadership skills inspire those around you, and you’re able to motivate teams to deliver their best.
  • Your communication is flawless—both written and spoken, in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining grace under pressure while staying focused on the finer details.
  • You have a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards, particularly Leading Quality Assurance (LQA).

  • Start date: February 2025 to End date: November 2025, with opportunities for continued growth in the seasons to come.
  • Monthly Gross Salary €2,200 + separate payslip for 13°, 14° and TFR.
