La Persona inserita avrà un ruolo di coordinamento per la gestione del rapporto della clientela e risponderà direttamente al Chief Operations e al Direttore della struttura.

Nello specifico, si occuperà di:

· Gestire l’esperienza del cliente (sia individuale che business) presso le strutture, dedicandosi alle richieste standard e speciali del cliente e gestendo l’esperienza con attività di accoglienza e monitoraggio delle esigenze, attivando i colleghi delle strutture a seconda delle specifiche richieste in modo da garantire gli elevati standard di servizio richiesti;

· Creare proposte ed offerte ad hoc per clienti privati e corporate, promuovendo al meglio i servizi disponibili, attraverso attività di cross selling e up selling;

· Collaborare e gestire le relazioni con la divisione marketing, operations e il revenue manager;

· Pianificare eventi e fiere, occupandosi dell’organizzazione di fiere commerciali, eventi e conferenze.
