It protects and guarantees work conditions that respect individual dignity, while promoting a collaborative, harmonious, fair and supportive work environment.PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: As Project HSE Manager, you will join our HSEQ Asset Based Services Department conducting the following activities:ACTIVITIES: Project HSE Management System development throughout all project phases (engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation and installation).Promote the HSE Culture within the Project, Client and Subcontractor's organizations, through the delivering of dedicated campaigns, initiatives and workshops.Implementation of HSE Risk Management processes (HAZID, Risk Screening, Risk Assessment).Ensure that all the activities are conducted in strict accordance with the company and Saipem HSE MS, Standards, applicable local legislation and International Standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).Identify safety and environmental criticalities and propose mitigation measures.Identify properly potential emergency scenarios and develop emergency preparedness and response plans.Implement an HSE training program based on Saipem HSE MS, Standards, applicable local legislation and International Standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)Plan and conduct HSE audit to projects work sites and subcontractor's premises.Identify, in conjunction with project organization and based on corporate and client requirement, specific leading and lagging indicators.Ensure an effective HSE performance monitoring, analysis and reporting toward Project and Company organizations.Ensure incident reporting and investigation are properly conducted and participate where their investigation.Participate in the Project and Vessels HSE Readiness Review process.Stimulate and regularly evaluate continuous improvement, HSE initiatives, technological and methodological innovation.Provide HSE-related engineering input, as applicable, into new projects and upgrade activities (liaise, as required, with other departments in order to correctly implement all necessary management of change procedural steps).QUALIFICATION: Engineering DegreeKNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: English language proficiency written and spokenYEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Min 5 - 7 years of experience in project HSE management and HSE coordination of multi-sites organizations/projects in the Energy Industry.NEBOSH IGC or ICERTOSH Certification.ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification.SOFT SKILLS: Leadership, problem solving, relationshipNICE TO HAVE: Availability for international mobilityLOCATION: MilanoPRIVACY POLICY All interested candidates (L.903/03) are invited to consult the privacy policy (art. 13, D.
