We are looking for an Junior Campaign Specialist to join KIKO MILANO's CRM Team, reporting to the Head of CRM & Customer Loyalty.
Such talent supports the planning, execution, and optimization of global and local marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, Whats App, and emerging platforms. By leveraging data, analytics, and market insights, the role contributes to continuous campaign optimization, supports customer journey execution, and helps translate marketing strategies into impactful, well-coordinated activations.
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring global marketing campaigns
Help manage marketing campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables
Google Analytics, BI, internal tools)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and business intelligence platforms, along with a strong sensitivity to data insights
Prior experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is preferred
Data-driven mindset with interest in optimization and experimentation Demonstrated proficiency in the English language
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for conveying key insights
