Sector: Chemicals, Petrochemicals & MaterialsReference: DDF1On behalf of an international company operating in the chemical industry, we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join the HR team, reporting directly to the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits, based in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Extract and analyze compensation and workforce data from the HRIS systemEnsure global data quality, consistency, and integrity across all C&B reporting and analyticsPrepare regular and ad hoc reports for the Global Head of C&B and Executive LeadershipCoordinate global Compensation & Benefits projectsSupport the harmonization of salary structures across countries and business unitsContribute to the optimization of local incentive plansCoordinate the global salary increase processSupport the performance management cycle from a compensation perspectivePrepare promotion cases and salary offer proposalsOrganize and maintain C&B governance frameworks, policies, and supporting documentationEnsure compliance with internal governance standards and applicable local regulationsRequirements5–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within multinational and organizations. Strong knowledge of HRIS systemsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills, with experience handling large international datasets. xrdztoy Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer, or Korn Ferry) is considered an advantage. Fluent English requiredSalary Range: 50,000 – 60,000 gross per year
