This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to make a positive impact while assisting Italian-speaking clients. Deliver outstanding customer care to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a high level of service.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Stay informed about products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance and recommendations.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Participate in training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
A genuine interest in helping customers and providing excellent service.
