Andronis, based in San Gimignano, Italy, is seeking a Financial Controller to lead local accounting, payroll, and regulatory reporting and to align with Italian tax laws and USALI hotel standards. You will work with hotel GMs and the corporate office to optimize budgets, forecasts, and financial workflows, ensuring audit-ready records and strong monetary controls.
Candidates should have 5+ years in financial control within luxury hospitality and strong Excel and ERP experience (Opera, SAP);
