Overview
As a Frontend Engineer at Deel you will shape the user experience of a leading global payroll and HR platform. You'll join a cross-functional team to design, build, and improve features and APIs that scale for customers worldwide. You'll contribute from discovery through deployment, ensuring a seamless, white-glove experience. This role offers the chance to influence frontend architecture and collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend peers in a remote-first, growth-focused culture.

Responsabilità
- participate in product planning and influence the Software Development Lifecycle
- collaborate to develop robust new features, APIs, and improvements
- ensure a high-quality, white-glove customer experience with Deel products
- work with cross-functional teams (Backend, Product, Design, QA) to ship well-crafted software
- advocate for best practices and contribute as a technical thought leader
Requisiti fondamentali
- 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- expert knowledge of TypeScript and React.js (Class Components, Functional Components, Hooks)
- strong knowledge of state management tools
- proficiency in HTML and CSS
- firm understanding of server-side languages (Node.js)
- ability to advise on best practices and be a technical leader
- excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams
- independence and ownership with ability to contribute in a team setting
