Project Coordinator
- Based in Milan
- 2/3 days onsite per week
- €230 per day – 3 month initial contract We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Italian speaking IT Project Coordinator with a strong background in retail operations to support the successful delivery of technology projects across our clients retail business. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable project coordination skills, enabling them to effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders, store teams, and IT departments. Project Coordination Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering IT projects across retail stores and head office functions. Maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and project documentation. Track project milestones, actions, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met. Support project governance activities, including status reporting and stakeholder updates. Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document actions and outcomes. Escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies to project managers when required. Stakeholder Management Act as a liaison between IT teams, retail operations, vendors, and business stakeholders. Coordinate communications and project updates across multiple departments. Build strong relationships with store managers, area managers, and operational teams. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather stakeholder feedback. Administrative & Reporting Duties Maintain project documentation and records in accordance with company standards. Produce project status reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes. Track project budgets, purchase orders, and supplier invoices where required. Support resource scheduling and deployment planning. Required Skills & Experience Essential Fluent Italian Able to be based onsite 2/3 days a week in Milan Experience coordinating projects, project administration, or PMO activities. Understanding of retail operations and store processes. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including: Excel Power Point Outlook Teams Share Point Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
