Posizione: Power & Signal Integrity Engineer Sede : Sesto Fiorentino (FI) IL TUO RUOLO Nell'ottica di potenziamento del team, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Power & Signal Integrity Engineer che si occupi di analizzare e ottimizzare design elettronici, con particolare attenzione all'integrità del segnale (SI) e dell'alimentazione (PI). La figura sarà responsabile dello svolgimento di simulazioni, analisi e validazioni su schede ad alta velocità, assicurando prestazioni stabili e affidabili dei nostri prodotti. Il ruolo prevede una stretta collaborazione con il team di hardware design e con i colleghi che si occupano di layout PCB. Responsabilità principali Eseguire simulazioni SI/PI su PCB e sistemi ad alta velocità. Analizzare e ottimizzare percorsi critici relativi ai protocolli PCIe Gen4 e LPDDR5 . Identificare problemi di segnale, rumore, jitter, perdite o instabilità dell'alimentazione. Fornire indicazioni per il layout PCB: stack-up, impedenze, routing, decoupling e distribuzione della potenza. Collaborare con il team hardware per prevenire o risolvere problemi di integrità già in fase di design. Preparare report tecnici e presentare i risultati delle simulazioni. Supportare attività di validazione in laboratorio (misure di segnale, analizzatore di rete, oscilloscopio, ecc.). Contribuire al miglioramento dei flussi di simulazione e delle best practice interne. Cosa cerchiamo? Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica , Telecomunicazioni o equivalente. Conoscenza dei principi di Signal Integrity e Power Integrity . Esperienza con protocolli ad alta velocità come PCIe (preferibilmente Gen4 o superiori) e LPDDR5 . Familiarità con tool di simulazione SI/PI (es. HyperLynx, Sigrity, ADS o equivalenti). Comprensione del design e layout PCB multilayer. Conoscenza di problematiche EMI/EMC applicate ai segnali ad alta velocità. Capacità di eseguire analisi in dominio del tempo e della frequenza.
