UNA Italian Hospitality è la più grande catena alberghiera italiana attiva in Italia con 59 hotel, resort e residence distribuiti in 30 destinazioni e sta attualmente ricercando una persona da inserire, nel ruolo FRONT OFFICE MANAGER , all’interno del UNA HOTELS Cusani Milano situato a Milano (MI).
Nel ruolo di FRONT OFFICE MANAGER, la Risorsa contribuirà a:
Valutare i livelli di soddisfazione degli ospiti e monitorare la qualità del servizio percepito, con particolare attenzione al miglioramento continuo del gradimento;
Gestire la ricezione e la risposta ai complaints effettuati dagli Ospiti sulle varie piattaforme e in struttura, prestando particolare attenzione alle lamentele di ogni singolo cliente e rispondendo alla stessa provvedendo, quando possibile, a proporre una soluzione all’ospite;
Assicurare che tutti gli ospiti, in particolare gli abituali ed i VIP, siano riconosciuti e che il reparto operi con un atteggiamento proattivo di vendita, promuovendo ed incentivando la fidelizzazione all'hotel e al Gruppo UNA;
Massimizzare l'occupazione delle camere alle migliori tariffe e utilizzare tecniche di up-selling per promuovere i servizi interni;
Promuovere l’attività di cross selling con le altre strutture alberghiere del Gruppo UNA;
Monitorare gli standard e le prestazioni dei collaboratori del team di Ricevimento con particolare attenzione alla formazione e al lavoro di squadra;
Garantire che i collaboratori del team abbiano una conoscenza aggiornata del prodotto, dei servizi, dei prezzi, delle procedure e delle peculiarità dell'hotel, nonché una conoscenza del contesto locale;
Favorire la comunicazione e gli scambi di informazione tra i reparti dell'hotel;
Monitorare e programmare i turni di servizio del team, con l’obbiettivo di soddisfare le esigenze dell’operatività giornaliera, e rispettando al contempo gli obiettivi di fruizione di ferie e permessi;
Agire in conformità con le politiche e le procedure aziendali nell’utilizzo delle attrezzature e dei sistemi di gestione della struttura;
Fornire supporto e collaborazione agli altri reparti della struttura, se necessario.
Contratto a tempo determinato di 1 anno , con possibilità di trasformazione a tempo INDETERMINATO (CCNL SETTORE TURISMO FEDERALBERGHI);
Ticket Restaurant da 8,00 € per ogni giornata di lavoro effettivo;
e per i loro familiari più stretti in tutte le 59 strutture della Catena Alberghiera;
Premio di risultato aziendale , come previsto da Contratto Integrativo Aziendale;
Agevolazioni , scontistiche e servizi di Welfare legate alle società appartenenti ad UNIPOL S.p.A.: Polizze assicurative, Prestazioni sanitarie, Noleggio a lungo termine, etc.;
Diploma di istruzione secondaria superiore;
Costituirà requisito preferenziale il conseguito titolo di studio di Laurea;
Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese e di una seconda lingua straniera ;
Ottima conoscenza del PMS Opera Cloud;
Ottima competenza informatica, in particolare Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook ed Excel);
Elevato livello di consapevolezza commerciale e capacità di vendita;
Esperienza nella gestione dei collaboratori e nello sviluppo delle persone;
Eccellenti capacità di leadership, di gestione dei rapporti interpersonali e di comunicazione;
Forte orientamento al servizio ed al cliente;
Full time 40 ore settimanali - 5/7 giorni (lun - dom).
