We are seeking a dynamic and customer‐focused Product Specialist to join our Medium and High Voltage (MVHV) Cable Systems team. The Product Specialist will play a critical role in understanding customer needs, addressing technical inquiries, and representing UL's technical capabilities in customer engagements. Responsibilities Act as the primary technical contact for customer inquiries, providing clear and accurate information about UL's Medium and High Voltage (MVHV) Cable products and services. Develop and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and training materials to support internal and external stakeholders. Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product strategy and positioning. Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. Willing to travel over 50‐75% to customer's facilities and job site, including global travels. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Very good level of English language. Experience in the testing, certification, or compliance industry is a plus. Knowledge and experience in related industrial and international standards for MV/HV cable systems, including but not limited to ICEA/AEIC, IEEE, IEC, and CIGRE standards. Working experience in medium and high voltage (MVHV) cable systems, MVHV or high power laboratories, manufacturers, utilities, developers, EPCs, is a plus.
