Account Performance&Profitability Manager We are looking for a Performance & Profitability Manager who will join Stellantis Customer Group Team inside Commercial & Marketing Central Function team to ensure effectiveness of business practices constantly monitoring account profitability and performance, reporting directly to the Stellantis Customer Group Leader ; this position is located at our office in Turin (Italy) however this job falls under the scope of our company’s smart working policies. As Stellantis Account Performance & Profitability Manager, you will: Oversee the profitability and performance of the Customer account, constantly monitoring and planning to ensure the effectiveness of business practices and alignment with company goals. Manage claims and cross-divisions accounts receivable processes for Customer, ensuring timely and accurate recording, assessment, and resolution. Develop and implement governance procedures for Customer account processes, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation for all account-related activities. Establish and align performance KPIs for the Customer account, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on recovery and receivables efforts for Customer, promoting efficient and productive account management. Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to continuously improve the profitability and performance of the Customer account. Analyze Customer account data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in service quality, operational efficiency, and overall customer experience. Provide leadership and guidance to account management teams focused on Customer, supporting their professional growth and development while driving positive outcomes for the company. Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism while managing the Customer account. What you will bring Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience with a successful track record in account management, financial planning, or performance analysis, preferably with experience managing large customer accounts. Demonstrated ability to optimize account profitability and performance, with experience in claims management and accounts receivable. Solid understanding of financial KPIs, governance procedures, and risk mitigation strategies for customer accounts. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful, actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing environments. Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage cross-functional, multicultural teams and drive results.
