Overview In this role you onboard and enable clients to adopt Deel's platform, guiding them through configuration, integrations, and implementation. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful delivery, impacting client success and Deel's growth in new markets. You will blend technical know-how with a strong customer focus to enable compliant global payroll and HRIS usage. This is a chance to shape implementations at scale within a fast‐growing SaaS company. Retribuzione / Benefits Flexible working office membership (IWG) Healthcare and benefits Competitive pay aligned to local currency Lead client onboarding and implementation projects for Deel's platform Provide product expertise during implementation including setup, integrations, and testing Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product for seamless handoff Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation Provide training and support to clients on using Deel's platform Troubleshoot issues during implementation Capture client feedback for product improvements Manage multiple client implementations with high customer satisfaction 3+ years in implementation consulting, project management, or similar ~ Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, global payroll, or HRIS systems ~ Experience managing client relationships through implementation ~ Excellent project management with timelines and priorities ~ Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences ~ Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and project management software (Asana, Jira) ~ Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams ~ Willingness to travel for client meetings or on-site implementations ~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field ~ strong communication and interpersonal skills ~ customer-focused mindset ~ SaaS platforms ~ global payroll ~ HRIS systems
