️ Cosa Richiediamo?  

  • Laurea Magistrale ingegneria elettronica o delle telecomunicazioni
  • Esperienza di almeno 7-8 anni in contesti Militari / di controllo o simili
  • Forte conoscenza dei sistemi MIL STD 498 e dei C4SIR
  • Parli fluentemente italiano ed inglese
  • Eccellentiabilità comunicative e capacità di lavorare efficacemente all'interno del team.

  Cosa farai?

  • Progettazione e sviluppo di sistemi C4SIR avanzati : il candidato dovrebbe avere una comprovata esperienza nella progettazione e nello sviluppo di sistemi C4SIR avanzati per le operazioni militari. Dovrebbe essere in grado di definire i requisiti del sistema, progettare l'architettura del sistema, selezionare le tecnologie appropriate e definire le specifiche di implementazione.
  • Gestione del ciclo di vita del sistema: il candidato dovrebbe avere una solida comprensione del ciclo di vita del sistema C4SIR, dalla progettazione alla messa in produzione e alla manutenzione. Dovrebbe essere in grado di definire i processi di sviluppo del software, gestire i test e definire le procedure di manutenzione.
  • Coordinamento con altri team : il candidato dovrebbe avere esperienza nella gestione del coordinamento tra i team di progettazione hardware, sviluppo software e test. Dovrebbe essere in grado di coordinare le attività di questi team per garantire che il sistema C4SIR sia sviluppato in modo efficace e efficiente.
  • Risoluzione dei problemi : il candidato dovrebbe avere una solida esperienza nella risoluzione dei problemi legati al sistema C4SIR. Dovrebbe essere in grado di identificare le cause dei problemi, definire le soluzioni appropriate e gestire l'implementazione delle soluzioni.
  • Sviluppo di soluzioni innovative: il candidato dovrebbe essere in grado di sviluppare soluzioni innovative per migliorare l'efficacia e l'efficienza dei sistemi C4SIR. Dovrebbe essere in grado di identificare le tendenze tecnologiche emergenti e di applicarle ai sistemi C4SIR.
  • Gestione del team: il candidato dovrebbe avere esperienza nella gestione di un team di ingegneri C4SIR. Dovrebbe essere in grado di definire gli obiettivi del team, gestire le risorse e motivare i membri del team
