Drive architecture, engineering, and integration decisions and timelines across multiple teams and organizations
Establish business processes and policies, as well as metrics and indicators for success
Develop, report, and continually improve business performance metrics
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs against developer experience, customer, experience, and time to market
This position is responsible for the Technical Program Management on a project – HPCs and Zone controllers which are the MAKE controllers for the platform across all 14 Brands.
Own planning and delivery of software built in the software organization
Partner with Software Architects, Systems Engineers, and Software Developers to gather technical requirements for new tools and drive the adoption of the solutions you build.
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
~3+ years of software development experience
~5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
