As we continue to strengthen our operations across Europe, we are looking for a Junior Logistics Specialist / Planner to join our team in Agrate Brianza.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career logistics professional looking to build hands-on experience in transportation planning, supply chain coordination, master data management, and operational excellence within an international environment.
This position is offered as a 1-year fixed-term contract.
You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient planning and coordination of logistics activities, maintaining accurate operational data, and supporting the smooth movement of Tosca assets across the supply chain. Through your attention to detail and collaborative mindset, you will help drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Maintain and manage master data within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Oversee data entry and management for transportation equipment used across Tosca operations
Support the management and tracking of wooden pallet exchange and pooling activities
Plan and coordinate reverse logistics flows to ensure asset availability and efficient operations
Collaborate closely with logistics partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of daily operations
Support site management and operations teams with accurate data maintenance and reporting
Verify logistics invoices and reconcile operational data with logistics providers
Coordinate relevant information with the Finance team to support accurate billing and reporting processes
Provide backup support to the Logistics Planner when required
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations Department
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Previous experience or internship in logistics, transportation, supply chain, planning, or operations is an advantage
Comfortable working with data and maintaining accuracy across systems
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
Experience with ERP systems is a plus
Fluent in English and Italian
