h3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced bMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations ERP Manager /bto take responsibility for a strategic ERP environment and drive its ongoing development. /p pThis is an excellent opportunity for a Dynamics 365 professional who combines strong technical expertise with business process knowledge and strategic thinking. You will play a central role in shaping the ERP roadmap, overseeing system implementation and ensuring that the platform continuously evolves to meet business needs. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul lipDefine and manage the ERP roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy. /p /li lipTranslate business requirements into effective technical and functional solutions. /p /li lipOversee the design, configuration, implementation and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 FO. /p /li lipEstablish ERP governance frameworks, technical standards and best practices. /p /li lipEnsure system reliability, performance, data integrity and security. /p /li lipIdentify opportunities to optimise business processes and implement automation. /p /li lipManage incidents, troubleshoot system issues and conduct root-cause analysis. /p /li lipCoordinate user acceptance testing, system upgrades and deployment activities. /p /li lipOversee data quality, system documentation and end-user training. /p /li lipAct as the main point of reference for ERP-related decisions and activities. /p /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lipMinimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Finance Operations. /p /li lipAt least 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, management or solution ownership. /p /li lipStrong understanding of ERP systems, business processes and configuration. /p /li lipExcellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. /p /li lipAbility to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. /p /li lipFluent English, Italian is a must. /p /li lipLegally authorised to work in Italy. /p /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul lipMicrosoft Dynamics 365 certifications. /p /li lipExperience in international and multi-company ERP environments. /p /li lipKnowledge of ITIL frameworks or Agile methodologies. /p /li /ul h3What
