Responsabile Manuals - Napoli - Culture Digitali Srl

Manage a group of technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical writers to produce operation and maintenance documentation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of O&M deliverables and milestones.
  • Prepare and deliver Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan.
  • Prepare Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training course.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop an understanding of customer needs and content requirements.
  • Review and implement customer feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Integrity.
  • 2-5 years' experience as a project manager or people manager.
  • 3 years' railway system engineering experience.
  • Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products.

Desired Skills:

  • Operation and Maintenance Processes.
  • RAMS and Maintenance Plan process.
  • Planning and organization.
  • Experience in editing software programs.
