Nello specifico, ti occuperai di: Controlli interni e risk assessment nel settore industriale; Svolgimento di incarichi in ambito compliance 231, SOX, 262, anticorruzione; Compliance integrata; Internal auditing; Valutazione e progettazione di sistemi di controllo interno; Studio della normativa relativa al settore industriale e sue applicazioni ad implicazioni sui processi e procedure; Strategie di Sostenibilità e creazione di valore condiviso; Sistemi di reporting non finanziario in linea con le normative emergenti i framework internazionali; Modelli di Enterprise Risk Management integrati con i rischi climate‐related e ESG. Sarai coinvolto/a su progetti per definire strategie di governance, gestione del rischio e conformità legislativa nel settore dei Consumer and Industrial Markets. Come AsYouAre - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se hai: Laurea magistrale in Economia e Management, Business Administration e Ammministrazione, Finanza e Controllo; Interesse a lavorare su tematiche di compliance normativa e corporate governance, internal audit e risk management; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, meglio se avvalorata da un'esperienza di studio e/o lavoro all'estero; Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office. When you join the Governance, Risk, Compliance and Sustainability Services team, you will help companies transform risks into opportunities for the improvement of their organisation and evolution of their governance systems to gain a competitive edge and offer integrated solutions and innovative approaches for strategic risk management. KPMG Advisory's Governance, Risk & Compliance team supports companies in the definition of governance and organisational structures to face the challenges of digital transformation through processes for the management of risks and opportunities. If you are passionate about governance and internal control and risk management systems applied to the financial reporting sector, with an interest in consulting, join our Verona team serving clients in the Consumer & Industrial Markets sector. Specifically, you will be tasked with: non‐financial reporting systems in line with emerging regulations and international frameworks; enterprise risk management models integrated with ESG risks; design and implementation of compliance programmes (anti‐bribery, Legislative decree no. 231, Antitrust and Legislative decree no. 262); integrated compliance and design of digital platforms; internal auditing; evaluating and designing internal control systems.
