This Position reports to : Service Business Process Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role you will have the opportunity to manage the creation update maintenance deletion and delivery of master data while ensuring that it is consistent and trustworthy. Each day you will provide support for master data management processes. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in programs to optimize business functions through data driven insights. The work model for the role is : remote LI remote You will be mainly accountable for : Ensuring that master data integrity cleansing normalization and quality is maintained efficiently and accurately in all systems within scope of responsibility. Assisting in the overall solution of quality issues by participating in the elimination of non-conformance and adopting the approach of doing it right the first time. Documenting reviewing and updating all work procedures pertaining to all aspects of data policies and system maintenance. Participating in the development updating and maintenance of procedures tools and metrics. Qualifications for the role (Mandatory) Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent education or work experience Minimum of 5 10 years of experience related to Business Analytics IS or other information technology solutions architecture role Demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical applications.
