Auto Aziendale (Casa Lavoro)Orario di lavoro: full time, con reperibilità 1 settimana al mese programmataRequisiti essenziali: laurea, minimo 10 anni di esperienza nel ruolo.La persona coordinerà e supervisionerà tutte le attività previste dal contratto quadro per la manutenzione predittiva, lubrificazione, analisi delle performance delle macchine rotanti in ambiente di raffineria, rimanendo anch'esso operativo sulle manutenzioni.Responsabilità principali:Gestione operativa del team tecnico in sito (lubrificatori, analisti vibrazionali, manutentori)Pianificazione e supervisione delle attività di manutenzione predittiva ordinaria (vibrazioni, termografia), lubrificazione e analisi olio; Identificazionedelle cause di guasti e proposte di risoluzione in collaborazione con il team di ingegneri; Allineamento e bilanciamento rotori in campo; Piccole manutenzioni meccaniche; Validazione e ottimizzazione dei piani di controllo e lubrificazione; Gestione della reportistica tecnica, per l'emissione degli ordini di lavoro come previsti da contratto; Relazione costante con il cliente.Requisiti richiesti:Esperienza di almeno 10 anni in condition monitoring e manutenzione industriale; Laurea in ingegneria meccanica o titoli affini; precedente esperienza nella gestione di team di manutenzione; Conoscenza di macchine operatrici, ambito petrolchimico/energia.Conoscenza di macchine rotanti, tenute meccaniche, sistemi di lubrificazione; Disponibilità al trasferimento permanente sul territorio o trasferimento a scadenze appalti (6/7 anni).
