ERO SRL, a manufacturer of adhesive application and quality assurance systems, is offering employment for a Mechanical / Design Engineer to join the Engineering team at our facility in Montirone – Brescia, Italy.
The Mechanical / Design Engineer will support the Engineering team across multiple functions, from the development of new designs to support our existing equipment, to improvements to existing designs to help reduce costs. The Mechanical / Design Engineer will also work with the Engineering Team in quality investigations and other forms of process improvements.
Creation of parts, assembly and detail drawings using Solid Works.
Completes all documentation supporting department requirements, such as Engineering Chance Notices, Part Number Requests, Engineering Bulletins, etc.
Interactions with vendors and machine shops.
Capability of setting up and conducting prototype testing.
Prepares protocols, work instructions and reports to perform validation and qualification testing on product and processes.
Assist in project work using a continuous improvement methodology.
Ability to communicate effectively by verbal and written means
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proficiency with CAD tools (Solid Works, Inventor, or similar).
Fluency in Italian.
Professional proficiency in English (B2 Level).
