Perform routine safety checks on laboratory instruments to ensure proper operation. Requirements Mandatory experience in the paint/coatings industry (1-2 years minimum). Previous laboratory work experience. Ability to execute simple formulations and follow established testing procedures. Basic data‐analysis capability and accurate documentation skills. Basic computer literacy for data entry and report preparation. Intermediate English level B2. High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a chemistry‐related vocational qualification.
