We are a team of business-driven builders with prior experience in managing logistics scale-ups on a mission to revolutionize packaging. We are tackling the single-use packaging problem by offering retail and e-commerce brands a circular packaging service that enhances their sustainability efforts while elevating their business.
Our European postal logistics system handles the rest: we collect, clean, sanitize, and return the packaging to the brand for its next use.
The results speak for themselves: no more single-use packaging waste, an 84% reduction in CO₂ emissions, and brands enjoy higher customer retention, a boost in average order value (AOV) and improved cart conversion rates.
We are already active all over Europe, managing hundreds of thousands of packaging units for more than 100 brands. We are now expanding our team of talents – and this is where you come in
Single-use packaging is one of the planet's biggest challenges, with the average person in the UK generating around 160 kg of packaging waste each year.
We are reshaping the €240 billion packaging industry with a ground-breaking shift in business models – managing reusable packaging units rather than producing single-use, disposable products.
Movopack's solution cuts CO₂ emissions by 84% and reduces waste production by 99%, while significantly strengthening our clients' connections with their customers, contributing to their revenue growth.
Build and manage outbound pipelines, working closely with Senior Management to support in winning new business
Market analysis and profiling – conduct research into businesses and industries where the Movopack product will be a good fit
A sales professional with a demonstrated track record of achieving high levels of lead generation through outbound methods.
A self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset, you love setting high standards and speaking your mind to help your team achieve great results.
1-3 years of experience in Business Development as a BDR, SDR or other related field.
~ Experience working with e-commerce businesses is a plus but not required.
~ Native-equivalent fluency in English.
