We are looking for a Communication & Content Specialist (M/F/X) with strong creative and design skills, who will manage content creation and digital presence across our projects. You will work closely with the team to turn our projects into clear and engaging communication, and you will play an active role in shaping the company’s brand identity. Planning and executing social media content and campaigns across all company channels Producing visual content: videos, graphics, presentations, digital materials, and advertising assets Creating newsletters and email marketing campaigns Updating and maintaining website content on WordPress Using AI tools to speed up content ideation, adaptation, visual and video production Proposing new formats and creative ideas to promote our projects and ecosystem Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva Strong understanding of social media platforms, both in content creation and campaign management Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation Excellent communication and teamwork skills Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written) Familiarity with WordPress and email marketing Basic knowledge of social media analytics (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Suite) Contract and salary based on experience Training on content tools and AI-powered workflows, working side by side with the team Hybrid work model – headquarters in Milan
