FACILITIES ASSISTANT

Our client, a facility management service provider for a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, is seeking a Door Systems and Access Control Specialist to join their team. As a Door Systems and Access Control Specialist, you will be part of the IFM department supporting facility operations. Door Systems and Access Control Specialist
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of door systems and access control hardware.
Install, configure, and maintain electronic access control components.
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs as scheduled.
Support general maintenance activities such as minor repairs, patching/painting, and lighting maintenance.
High School diploma or GED.
Ability to diagnose and repair multiple door/gate systems and access control components.
Experience with brands such as Stanley, Dormakaba, Tormax, Chase, ASI, or Schlage.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a multi-skilled team environment.
Basic computer skills (Gmail, Google Docs, Word, Excel) and willingness to work occasional overtime or on-call.
