Requirements:
/b Italian C2 and English B2 /p pWe are seeking a bCustomer Service Representative /b for the Italian market, dedicated to assisting clients with inquiries related to an innovative medical device. This role is based in the vibrant city of Lisbon and offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on customers' lives. /p h3bKey Responsibilities Include: /b /h3 ul liProviding expert support to Italian-speaking customers via phone and email. /li liAssisting clients with documentation, order entries, and product shipments. /li liEnsuring an excellent customer experience through professionalism and attention to detail. /li /ul pIn this position, you’ll work full-time (40 hours per week) on rotating shifts and receive comprehensive training to fully prepare you for success. You’ll also benefit from a Portuguese employment contract, which includes holiday and Christmas bonuses, private health insurance, and meal allowances. /p pbRelocation support /b is provided and includes furnished accommodations, utility coverage, and on-the-ground assistance to ensure a smooth transition to Lisbon. /
