The Role We are looking for an Operational & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Milan office and support our international business. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, digital, and operations, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution. We are seeking a proactive, hands-on individual with strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of ownership over projects. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Sales Support (B2C) Support daily marketing and sales activities Review inbound leads and assist with client qualification Help implement marketing programs and initiatives Maintain and update marketing materials (presentations, sales sheets, price lists, product manuals, brand books, style guides) Manage databases and support presentations using Excel, Word, and Canva Operations & Showroom Coordination Coordinate logistics for customer visits and makeup artist activities (demos, materials, catering) Manage showroom inventory and assist visiting clients Liaise with external partners (PR agencies, makeup artists, models) Support marketing and fashion events Prepare inbound and outbound orders for lordandberry.com using showroom stock Manage sampling requests (bloggers, MUAs, PR agencies, influencers) Digital & Social Media Support Support management of the lordandberry.com storefront and future online stores Coordinate digital and social marketing activities Assist with website updates (content, imagery, promotions) Support email marketing and webstore promotions in collaboration with Social Media & Community specialists Content, Email & Web Marketing Create and upload website copy and imagery Draft and send email marketing campaigns and newsletters Communicate with clients, affiliate partners, and digital networks Conduct basic keyword research and web analytics reporting Support social media engagement and brand awareness initiatives Use analytics tools to monitor performance and suggest improvements Assist with paid media, PPC, and affiliate marketing activities Manage contact databases and support lead generation Website & E-commerce (Magento) Support day-to-day operation of lordandberry.com (front-end and back-end) Coordinate with software agencies on website performance and updates Assist with product updates, site maintenance, and development projects Requirements Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, in-house environment Passion for beauty, luxury, and fashion Excellent organisational and multitasking skills High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Canva, and confident use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT prompting) Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and e-commerce (Magento is a plus) Proactive, problem-solving attitude with strong ownership mentality Excellent Italian and English (written and spoken) What We Offer A creative, dynamic, and international working environment Hands-on experience across marketing, digital, and operational functions Close collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams A 9–12 month training period with the possibility of full-time employment Competitive salary and growth opportunities How to Apply If you are passionate about beauty and eager to contribute to a fast-growing, Made in Italy brand, please send your CV to personale@lordandberry.com
