Position: IT Specialist – Italy Employment Type: Full-time As IT Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing IT systems in Italy. Working closely with the Southern Europe IT Manager and global teams, you'll act as the technical bridge between local operations and HQ. This role is critical to ensuring seamless dealer-facing systems (DMS/CRM), secure integrations, and compliance with corporate IT and security standards. Deploy and maintain DMS, CRM, and related systems across dealer networks. Configure and maintain interfaces with external systems (banks, logistics, dealers) using API, EDI, and SFTP. Manage local IT infrastructure (servers, networks, backups, patching). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or implementation. Hands-on expertise in dealer-facing systems (DMS/CRM). Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Alibaba Cloud). Familiarity with API, EDI, SFTP integrations and GDPR compliance. Previous experience in the automotive industry supporting dealer networks. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Fluent English and Italian required; Mandarin Chinese is a plus. Be part of a global automotive leader entering Europe. Work in a startup-like environment backed by a major brand.
