Academic Quality & Data Intern POLIMI GSoM è oggi un punto di riferimento nel panorama della formazione manageriale sia a livello italiano che internazionale, con un portfolio di oltre 40 master, un catalogo di oltre 300 programmi per manager, executives, imprenditori e professionisti e percorsi formativi su misura per le aziende. Per rafforzare il team Accreditations & Quality, siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa junior da inserire in stage, che affiancherà il team nelle attività strategiche e operative legate agli accreditamenti internazionali e ai rankings. Nello specifico, le principali attività previste sono: supporto nella gestione operativa dei processi di accreditamento e ri-accreditamento, inclusa la definizione delle tempistiche e la raccolta della documentazione richiesta; collaborazione con le diverse aree della School per la raccolta dati e l’organizzazione delle visite degli enti di accreditamento; partecipazione attiva alla gestione delle visite e al relativo follow-up; supporto nel monitoraggio dei programmi e delle aree di miglioramento; collaborazione nella progettazione di processi di miglioramento continuo legati alla qualità; supporto nella gestione dei dati funzionali agli accreditamenti e ai rankings; partecipazione alla definizione e implementazione di dashboard di monitoraggio. Requisiti: laurea; ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; interesse per i temi di qualità, organizzazione e processi; buona padronanza del pacchetto Office; propensione al lavoro di squadra, proattività e flessibilità; precisione ed accuratezza; motivazione, passione e intelligenza ecologica e sociale; entusiasmo, umiltà ed impegno a raggiungere obiettivi sia individuali sia organizzativi, dimostrando una chiara comprensione del modello etico di POLIMI GSoM. Sede di lavoro: Milano Si offre contratto di stage di 6 mesi con compenso mensile e possibilità di proseguimento al termine.
