Per il potenziamento del nostroteam Service , siamo alla ricerca di un/unaField Service Engineerche opererà su impianti destinati all'industria farmaceutica, in contesti altamente regolamentati e tecnologicamente avanzati.La risorsa si occuperà di attività dicommissioning, avviamento, collaudo e manutenzionedegli impianti presso clienti nazionali e internazionali, collaborando attivamente con i team diIngegneria, Qualità e Project Management.Commissioning e avviamento di impianti farmaceutici presso il cliente
Collaudo funzionale e supporto alle attività di qualifica e validazione (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e preventiva
Diagnosi e risoluzione guasti su sistemi meccanici, elettrici e di automazione
Operatività nel rispetto delle normativeGMP , delle procedure di qualità e sicurezza
Redazione di report di intervento e documentazione tecnica
Assistenza tecnica on-site e da remoto
Supporto a upgrade, modifiche impiantistiche e revamping
Formazione del personale del cliente sull'utilizzo e la manutenzione degli impiantiRequisiti
Diploma tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Elettrica, Meccatronica, Automazione o affini)
Esperienza come Field Service Engineer o in attività di commissioning/manutenzione industriale
Preferibile esperienza in settori regolamentati (farmaceutico, chimico, biotech, medicale)
Capacità di lettura di schemiP&ID , elettrici e meccanici
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Patente BCompetenze tecniche preferenziali
Impianti di processo farmaceutico (clean utilities, skid di processo, linee di produzione)
PLC, HMI e sistemi di supervisione (SCADA)
Conoscenza diGMP, GAMP 5 e Data Integrity
Elevata attenzione alla qualità e alla documentazione
Inserimento in un'azienda specializzata nel settore farmaceutico
Formazione continua su tecnologie e normative di settore
Ambiente tecnico altamente qualificato e stimolante
