Per il nostro sito produttivo di Zingonia/Italia, siamo alla ricerca di una personalità professionalmente esperta e ambiziosa come Product and Tooling Development Manager - Settore plastico Responsabilità e responsabilità: Guidare le attività di sviluppo del prodotto a Zingonia insieme al team di ingegneria locale Eseguire, soddisfare e fornire i risultati in base al budget e al piano strategico. Obiettivo e compiti principali della posizione Sviluppare design e soluzioni innovative per il prodotto (stampi, attrezzature, ecc.). Lavora a stretto contatto con i team di sviluppo aziendale, vendite, qualità e produzione. Fornire indicazioni tecniche sui materiali plastici, sui processi di produzione (come lo stampaggio a iniezione e le operazioni di post-stampaggio), per garantire che i prodotti siano producibili (fattibilità tecnica) e soddisfino gli standard di prestazione concordati. Rispettare gli obiettivi e le scadenze del progetto e raggiungere gli obiettivi di costo. Mantiene il contatto con clienti e fornitori per la definizione di aspetti tecnici Reporting continuo sui progressi verso il superiore (Engineering manager). Competenze Minimo 10 anni di esperienza nel mondo dello stampaggio di materiali termoplastici; Estrazione e formazione tecnica; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; Esperienza nell'utilizzo di software di modellazione parametrica 3D (preferibilmente Siemens NX) ed utilizzo Moldflow.
