Descrizione del ruolo Stiamo cercando un Client advisor per unirsi al nostro team di Milano. In questo ruolo part time pieno, il candidato sarà il punto di riferimento principale per la clientela, garantendo un’esperienza eccezionale attraverso la comunicazione efficace e l’attenzione alle esigenze.
Le attività quotidiane includeranno l’assistenza ai clienti, la gestione delle richieste e la risoluzione delle problematiche, mantenendo sempre un approccio professionale e orientato alla soddisfazione del cliente.

Il candidato dovrebbe possedere competenze avanzate nella gestione delle relazioni con i clienti e nella soddisfazione del cliente.
È richiesta una forte attitudine alla comunicazione e al servizio clienti per garantire un’interazione positiva ed efficace con la clientela.
