We are looking for a Junior Material Planning Specialist to join the Supply Chain team at our Gallarate (Varese) headquarters.
This is an operational role, with hands‑on responsibilities in the daily management of materials and inbound logistics flows. Reordering (call‑offs) of raw materials, packaging and third‑party products
Coordination with purchasing, production and quality departments
Monitoring stock levels and managing inventory turnover
Preparing monthly KPI reports and analyses
What Will Help You Start Strong
Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
Excellent command of both Italian and English – both languages will be tested during the selection process
Excellent knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar) is a plus
