In un momento di significativa espansione, l'azienda ricerca una figura chiave per guidarne lo sviluppo end-to-end di un prodotto che funziona molto bene sul mercato. Stiamo infatti cercando un/una: La risorsa avrà un ruolo centrale nella definizione e nell'esecuzione tecnica della linea di prodotto, guidando milestone, scoping e delivery con un equilibrio efficace tra velocità, qualità e scalabilità. Sarà inoltre responsabile delle decisioni architetturali, delle pratiche ingegneristiche e della crescita del team Principali responsabilità Guidare l'intero ciclo di delivery per una linea di prodotto, definendo milestone, scope ed execution. Sviluppare e rilasciare funzionalità full-stack con un approccio hands‐on, collaborando con Product e Design. Assumere la responsabilità delle decisioni tecniche: architettura, qualità del codice, strategia di testing, performance, sicurezza e osservabilità. Promuovere pratiche ingegneristiche solide: code review, CI/CD, release management e standard production‐first. Collaborare con team cross‐funzionali per integrare componenti condivise della piattaforma e rimuovere blocchi. Guidare la crescita del team, fornendo coaching, feedback e supporto ai processi di hiring. Lavorare a stretto contatto con il PM su discovery, KPI, sperimentazione iterativa e miglioramento continuo. 5+ anni di esperienza nello sviluppo e rilascio di prodotti in contesti in forte crescita, con ownership su sistemi in produzione. Solida esperienza full-stack con stack React + Python e track record nella consegna end‐to‐end di prodotti user‐facing. Leadership tecnica hands‐on: capacità di scrivere codice, sbloccare il team e guidare con l'esempio. Esperienza nel guidare team verso alte performance: definizione della direzione, innalzamento degli standard, coaching e cultura dell'esecuzione. Capacità comprovata di guidare l'execution tecnica: scoping, prioritizzazione, trade‐off e delivery affidabile in ambienti dinamici. Forte product sense e mindset customer‐first, con attitudine alla collaborazione con PM e Design. Ottime basi di ingegneria del software: architettura, testing, performance, reliability e operational excellence. Leadership e comunicazione efficaci, unite a umiltà e spirito collaborativo. Attitudine a lavorare in contesti imprenditoriali dinamici e ad alto ritmo. Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese. Contratto a tempo indeterminato, RAL indicativa 70.000–110.000 in base alla seniority.
