We are currently seeking aCustomer Relationship Officerto focus on developing and enhancing client experiences. You will make a Meaningful Impact and be a key point of contact for clients, handling each interaction with empathy, consistency, and professionalism. Your care and attention will directly shape each client's experience and well-being. You will be part of a Supportive Team Culture, and we encourage our team to take ownership of their role with integrity, always aiming to support each other and our clients. Qualifications - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or aged care sector. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - A passion for helping others and enhancing the lives of clients. Key Responsibilities: - Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, providing information about services, answering questions, and addressing concerns. - Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction and build lasting relationships. - Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues or complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating matters as necessary. - Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to assess their needs and ensure their care plans are being met. - Documentation: Accurately record client interactions, updates, and feedback. - Collaboration: Work closely with care staff and management to ensure seamless service delivery and a holistic approach to client care.
