Role: We are seeking an Assembly Technician who will play a pivotal role in assembling, inspecting, and testing machines to the standards of WeighPack . Your role isn't just about putting parts together; it's about creating precision-engineered masterpieces. As an Assembly Technician, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring that every machine you touch meets our stringent quality and standard requirements. Your work will involve much more than simply assembling; you'll be the craftsman behind mechanical wizardry, including electrical wiring, control box installation, and the seamless connection of machines. Your contributions will be the bedrock of our production processes, guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality, flawless machines that stand as a testament to WeighPack's dedication to excellence. The position also requires on average 1 week of travel a month to ensure that the work is done properly, installation is successful and the client is happy . Join us in this role, and let's craft a future of precision and perfection together Outcomes of this role: You'll sharpen your skills in reading and interpreting drawings and work specifications, enabling you to master the art of precise machine assembly and adjustments. As part of your role, you'll become adept at maintaining meticulous records and producing comprehensive documentation. Your work will focus on the meticulous positioning, alignment, and adjustment of machine components, equipping you with the expertise to consistently deliver products that meet customer specifications and exceed quality standards. By championing strict adherence to company policies and standards, you'll foster a culture of consistency and accountability. This experience will instill in you a strong sense of responsibility and ethics.
