Inside Sales Representative (F/M) – Italy

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in driving sales performance and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with the Sales Manager or BU Director, supporting both our commercial development and customer relationships.
Your Main Responsibilities Manage quotation requests and prepare sales offers independently, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
Follow up offers proactively to build a strong pipeline and close deals.
Process and monitor orders in our SAP system, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
Meet and exceed your KPI and commercial targets.
Act as a central point of coordination between customers, suppliers, logistics, and internal teams.
Keep the CRM system up to date and support sales prospecting.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Sales or Business.
3+ years of experience in a technical or distribution environment.
Fluent in English and Italian (oral and written).
Knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus.
Strong technical curiosity and commercial mindset.
Proactive, determined, and results-driven.
