Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Europe Total Reward Partner to join our dynamic HR team. This role requires a strategic thinker with high level expertise in both compensation and benefits as well as stakeholder management to develop and implement total reward programs across our European operations and collaborate on global initiatives. Project Leadership: Lead Regional HR complex projects and participate in Global HR projects related to total reward and employee engagement. Compensation Analysis: Conduct detailed market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures. Ensure compliance with European pay transparency requirements across company locations. Benefits Strategy Execution: Design and manage comprehensive benefits programs, including risk insurances, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives in line with industry benchmarks. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all reward programs comply with local labor laws and company policies and governance. Stakeholder Management: Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and senior leadership to align reward strategies with organizational goals. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with vendors, mainly brokers and insurers, to ensure optimal service delivery, cost‐effectiveness and meeting the company needs. Required Skills Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long‐term plans that align with business goals. Project Management: Strong project management skills to lead and execute HR initiatives effectively. Decision Making: Ability to make decisions guided by company's principles and ensure alignment with cross‐functional teams. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, conduct market research, and interpret complex information to make informed decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey and drive the overall acceptance of reward strategies and policies to employees and stakeholders. Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in HRIS and compensation software, with the ability to leverage technology for data analysis and program management. Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of European labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits. Peer Mentoring: Direct, mentor, and train team members and HR partners as needed. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, GRP, CIPD) is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on European markets.
